The print head is the core component of the UV flatbed printer and is also the most expensive component. The quality of the print head maintenance is directly related to the service life of the print head and the printing efficiency.

The quality of the ink varies. The life of the nozzle will be greatly shortened due to differences in ink quality and inadequate maintenance.

During the process, please do not replace the ink at will.

1). When the machine is working normallyPlease clean the printhead once a week with a cleaning fluid that matches the ink you are using.

Yes: After the work is finished, use a syringe to discharge the remaining ink in the nozzle, and then quickly inject the corresponding cleaning liquid into the nozzle to create a waterfall-like cleaning effect from the nozzle hole.

It is better to remove the liquid, then close the valve core, use plastic wrap or a moisturizing tray to maintain the nozzle, and directly clean it with positive pressure when using it the next day.

2). When the machine is not used for seven to twenty daysIt is recommended that you clean the ink in the nozzle, then inject cleaning liquid and place a soaked

3). When the machine is not used for a long timeIt is recommended to inject 15ml of cleaning liquid into each nozzle from the cleaning liquid joint every 20-30 days to keep the spray hole moist.

4). After starting up every dayYou must wait until the nozzle temperature reaches the set temperature before pressing the ink and cleaning the nozzle. If you find that the ink is still easily broken during printing after cleaning, you need to press the ink again.

If there are bubbles during cleaning, the nozzle should be vented.

5). Check dailyIs there any ink hanging on the bottom plate of the print head? If so, it must be cleaned in time to prevent ink from dripping and staining the screen.

The ink pressing time should not be too long (the negative pressure gauge display value does not exceed the set value. When the negative pressure gauge displays "——", the ink pressing must be stopped. When wiping the nozzle, use

1).  The beam cannot be pressed heavily, as this will cause the beam to deform and affect printing accuracy.

2).  Climbing is prohibited on the machine platform. Platform load will affect the platform accuracy and cause loss of printing accuracy.

3).  Check the voltage before starting the machine every day to see if it is abnormal, and check the negative pressure gauge before opening the secondary ink cartridge valve to see if it is abnormal.

4).  Confirm the height of the trolley before printing every day to avoid scratches on the trolley bottom plate and nozzle caused by misoperation, and check the printing platform, guide rails, and trolley travel range.

Is there any foreign object?

5).  Check the ground wires of equipment and computers weekly to see if they are normal.

6).  When there is a problem with the circuit, you are not allowed to open the door of the electrical box or touch the electrical baseboard without the permission of the after-sales staff.

7).   Regularly use a grease gun to add lithium-based lubricating oil to the mechanical moving parts, and add oil to the X-axis guide rail, Y-axis guide rail and Y-axis lead screw according to daily use. Gently wipe the grating ruler with alcohol and check whether the height measurement module is accurate.

8).   Regularly clean stains on UV lamps, etc., which can be removed by soaking with organic solvents and then wiping them off, and keep the surface of the UV lamp printing platform clean and free of ink pollution.

9).Check the tightness of the X-axis synchronous belt every month and adjust it in time, check whether the cooling fan, motor, board, and connecting wire are loose, regularly disinfect the computer, and check the

10).Check the cables in the drag chain every month to see if they are broken or worn, and check if the screws of the equipment components are loose.
