What are the requirements for the equipment installation site?

iMaxcan provides each user with an equipment installation guide. Please prepare the site by referring to the installation guide. The general requirements are as follows:

1. The working area shall not be less than 7.5 meters X 5 meters (length X width)

2. The ambient temperature is 20-30°C, and the air humidity is 30%-70% RH

3. The air is clean and free of excessive dust and other pollutants

4. The power input power is not less than 35A/220V. It is recommended that the wire diameter of the power cord is not less than 4 square millimeters, and the grounding voltage is less than 3V.

If the equipment of Tucreat is purchased, will someone be responsible for assisting with on-site installation?

Yes. If it is the equipment sold directly by Tucreat, experienced engineers from Tucreat will assist with on-site installation and commissioning when the equipment arrives; if it is the equipment purchased through
